Abstract:
This hybrid rotor drive system comprises: a gas turbine engine which includes a compressor, a combustor, a turbine, and a first output shaft mechanically connecting the compressor to the turbine; an electric motor including a second output shaft; and a gear box which includes a first input interface, a second input interface, a speed reducer that reduces the speed of a rotational force input from the first input interface and the second input interface, and an output interface that outputs the rotational force with the speed reduced by the speed reducer to the rotor. The first output shaft of the gas turbine engine is mechanically connected to the first input interface. The second output shaft of the electric motor is mechanically connected to the second input interface.
