Abstract:

Provided is a hybrid welding device with which it is possible to reduce the effects of byproducts such as spatter, plasma, plumes, fumes, etc., as well as to reduce welding defects and staining of a laser optical system. A laser head 2 is provided with a laser nozzle 21 for forming an optical path of laser light L, a first straightening vane 22 disposed at the distal-end side of the laser nozzle 21 in such a manner as not to interfere with the laser light L, a first air knife 23 for spraying compressed air along the first straightening vane 22, a second straightening vane 24 disposed between the first straightening vane 22 and a weld point P in such a manner as not to interfere with the laser light L, and a second air knife 25 for spraying compressed air along the second straightening vane 24. The first straightening vane 22 and the second straightening vane 24 have a long shape in a direction E that is perpendicular to both the optical axis of the laser light L and a welding direction W. The second straightening vane 24 is provided with a torch opening part 244 into which the distal end of a welding torch 3 can be inserted.
