Abstract:
A controller determines whether or not an operation valve which controls the supply of pressure fluid from a main pump to an actuator is in a neutral position, detects the input power of a hydraulic motor which rotates with the return oil from the actuator, and narrows the opening degree of a proportional solenoid throttle valve if the operation valve is in a neutral position and the input motive power of the oil hydraulic motor exceeds a first threshold value.
