Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of composite materials. Provided are a hybrid woven fiber reinforced composite material and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises: (1) alternately weaving aramid fibers, PBO fibers, glass fibers, and polyester fibers to obtain a hybrid woven layer; (2) laying a ceramic powder on the hybrid woven layer to obtain a single-layer hybrid woven composite material; (3) sequentially stacking at least two layers of the single-layer hybrid woven composite material, and then stacking one layer of the hybrid woven layer to obtain a hybrid woven fiber fabric, wherein the ceramic powder is arranged between every two adjacent hybrid woven layers; and (4) placing the hybrid woven fiber fabric in a mold and injecting a resin glue solution into the mold for curing to obtain the hybrid woven fiber reinforced composite material. The hybrid woven fiber reinforced composite material has excellent toughness and thermal conductivity, and can avoid the defects of white spots, insufficient permeation, and the like of prepared hybrid woven fiber reinforced composite materials at the same time as increasing the volume content of the fiber.
