Abstract:
A hydraulic auxiliary drive control system and method for an upper vehicle of a double-engine crane, and a crane. The system comprises: a chassis controller (A1), which is used for sending a hydraulic drive turning-on signal and rotation speed demand information to an upper-vehicle controller (A2) according to a hydraulic drive starting instruction, and sending a hydraulic drive turning-off signal to the upper-vehicle controller (A2) according to a hydraulic drive exit instruction; the upper-vehicle controller (A2), which communicates with the chassis controller (A1) and an upper-vehicle engine controller (A3), and is used for sending an engine starting command and the rotation speed demand information to the upper-vehicle engine controller (A3) when the hydraulic drive turning-on signal and the rotation speed demand information are received, controlling, in a hydraulic drive mode, each hydraulic drive power loop valve to work, and sending an engine flameout command to the upper-vehicle engine controller (A3) when the hydraulic drive turning-off signal is received; and the upper-vehicle engine controller (A3), which communicates with the upper-vehicle controller (A2), and is used for controlling an upper-vehicle engine to adjust the actual rotation according to the engine starting command and the rotation speed demand information, and controlling the upper-vehicle engine to execute a flameout action according to the engine flameout command.
