Abstract:
Disclosed is a hydraulic brake unit oil tank breather for tramcars, which comprises a breathing plug (4), a sealing ring (5), an air guide hole (6), and an air guide tube (7), wherein the air guide hole adopts a through hole structure and is arranged at the upper end inside a modular valve block (2), and by means of the air guide tube extending into the air cavity of an oil tank and the breathing plug being arranged in an electric element protection cover (1), the electric element protection cover, the modular valve block and the oil tank are in communication with one another. The ventilation of the oil tank is realized by means of two waterproof air-permeable components (42), and during replacement, only the waterproof air-permeable components need to be replaced, without the need to remove the entire breathing plug from the oil tank, thereby facilitating maintenance and replacement; and when the surface of the oil tank is covered by ice and snow, since the breathing plug is arranged in the electric element protection cover and the waterproof air-permeable components are mounted on the side of the body of the breathing plug, the air-permeable sides of the waterproof air-permeable components cannot be covered by rainwater and snow; moreover, rainwater, snow and the like can be effectively prevented from falling in, thereby ensuring the running safety of a train.
