Abstract:

A hydraulic braking control unit having an empty-load braking function, the unit comprising an accumulator, a first solenoid valve (YV1), a second solenoid valve (YV2), a third solenoid valve (YV3), a fifth solenoid valve (YV5), a second sensor (SP2), a first pressure regulating valve (Y1), and a second pressure regulating valve (Y2). The accumulator is connected to the first pressure regulating valve (Y1) or the second pressure regulating valve (Y2), and the first pressure regulating valve (Y1) or the second pressure regulating valve (Y2) is connected to the fifth solenoid valve (YV5). The first pressure regulating valve (Y1) or the second pressure regulating valve (Y2) activates to achieve fast braking for an empty load signal or fast braking for a load signal. The accumulator is further connected to the first solenoid valve (YV1) or the second solenoid valve (YV2). The first solenoid valve (YV1), the second solenoid valve (YV2), or the fifth solenoid valve (YV5) is connected to the third solenoid valve (YV3). The first solenoid valve (YV1) or the second solenoid valve (YV2) activates to achieve a common braking release state or common braking. The third solenoid valve (YV3) is connected to a braking cylinder. The second sensor (SP2) detects the pressure of the braking cylinder. The control unit reduces costs, improves safety, and better adapts to the requirements of cargo trains.
