Abstract:
Provided are a hydraulic control valve and a hydraulic control circuit with which pressure loss of return oil during a contraction operation of a hydraulic cylinder can be reduced without providing a quick return circuit on the outside, and with which a cost reduction can be achieved and fuel efficiency can be improved. A hydraulic control valve according to one embodiment has a valve body that controls the supply and discharge of pressurized oil to a hydraulic cylinder. The valve body has a main tank passage and a sub tank passage. The main tank passage is connected to a tank via a back-pressure maintenance means. The sub tank passage is connected directly to the tank, not via the back-pressure maintenance means. In a state in which the valve body is switched to a position for operating the hydraulic cylinder on the contraction side, a head-side supply/discharge passage into which return oil flows from a head-side oil chamber of the hydraulic cylinder communicates with both the main tank passage and the sub tank passage.
