The purpose of the present invention is to provide a hydraulic device with a position sensor, capable of achieving a more simple adjustment process during manufacture as well as during installation into a mother machine without integrating a servo amplifier. This hydraulic device with the position sensor is feedback-controlled by the servo amplifier on the basis of the deviation between the command value of the command signal and the position detection value from the position sensor, and comprises: an arithmetic processing unit that outputs the position detection value as a detection signal; a communication unit that sends the detection signal to the servo amplifier and receives the signal from the servo amplifier; and a storage unit in which the characteristic information of the hydraulic device is stored so as to be readable through the communication unit. The characteristic information of the hydraulic device includes, at least, calibration information, in which the position detection values by the position sensor and the characteristic values of the hydraulic device, measured and obtained in advance on the test stand of the hydraulic device, have been associated, and flow rate characteristic information, in which the flow rate of the hydraulic device has been associated with each command signal.
