Abstract:
A hydraulic device comprising: a tank for storing hydraulic fluid therein; a pump being a power source for supplying hydraulic fluid from inside this tank to a drive target; a hydraulic circuit for adding/removing hydraulic fluid between the tank and the drive target; and a suction strainer having a base end thereof fitted to the pump. In order to both improve workability during assembly and maintenance and stabilize attachment of the suction strainer to the pump, the hydraulic device has a retaining section for retaining the suction strainer, provided in the tank at a site corresponding to the tip of the suction strainer.
