Abstract:
Provided is a hydraulic elevator modification method which modifies a hydraulic elevator device comprising a hydraulic cylinder and plunger into a linear motor-type elevator device; said method comprising: a first step in which a cylindrical linear motor around which a primary coil is formed so as to surround the plunger is attached above the hydraulic cylinder; a second step in which a first braking mechanism which brakes the rise and fall of an elevator car is installed; a third step in which a second braking mechanism is installed by providing a stop valve for stopping the flow of hydraulic oil when the elevator car is stopped; and a fourth step in which a controller which controls the linear motor, controls the first braking mechanism, and controls the second braking mechanism, is installed.
