Abstract:
A hydraulic generator, comprising a hydraulic motor functional member (1) and a power generation functional member (2). The hydraulic motor functional member (1) is a hydraulic motor, and the power generation functional member (2) is a power generator; the hydraulic motor functional member (1) drives the power generation functional member (2) to rotate; the power generation functional member (2) further comprises a rectifying or voltage-regulating member; the hydraulic motor functional member (1) comprises a hydraulic motor and a speed-regulating throttling device (5); the power generation functional member (2) has an output end connected to a load circuit (3). The hydraulic generator can convert backflow residual energy of hydraulic oil into electric energy for recycling, and the energy of a return oil pressure that needs to be consumed by speed regulation of a throttling valve in an original system is used for driving a power generation device to generate power. Thus, heat consumption of the system is reduced, the temperature rise of the hydraulic system is reduced, and the effects of saving energy, reducing emission and simplifying the system are achieved.
