Abstract:
Disclosed is a hydraulic headstock gear emergency operating device, comprising an oil engine hydraulic pump unit (1) connected to a hydraulic control module (2). A first quick-coupling hose (7), a second quick-coupling hose (8), a third quick-coupling hose (9), a fourth quick-coupling hose (11) and a fifth quick-coupling hose (12) are arranged on the hydraulic control module (2), wherein the first quick-coupling hose is connected to a rod chamber of an oil cylinder of the hydraulic headstock gear, the second quick-coupling hose is connected to a non-rod chamber of the oil cylinder of the hydraulic headstock gear, the third quick-coupling hose is connected to a control pipeline of the oil cylinder of the hydraulic headstock gear, and the fourth quick-coupling hose and the fifth quick-coupling hose are connected to an oil tank of a pump station of the hydraulic headstock gear. The first quick-coupling hose, the second quick-coupling hose and the third quick-coupling hose (7, 8, 9) are respectively provided with a ball valve (4, 5, 6). The hydraulic control module (2) is further provided with a manual reversing valve (3) and a pressure gauge (81, 83, 10). When the device is used for controlling the operation of a hydraulic headstock gear, the driving power is greatly reduced by lowering the operation speed to a reasonable range, the requirement for emergency operation on a gate can be met by only providing a miniature oil engine.
