Abstract:
A hydraulic oil press (100) comprises a support frame (10), at least one main oil cylinder assembly (20), and at least one die fixing table (30). The main oil cylinder assembly comprises a cylinder body (21) and a piston (22) connected to the cylinder body. The support frame comprises two sets of end portion frames (11). The cylinder body is disposed between the two sets of end portion frames. Each end portion frame set comprises two first fastening frames (111). The two first fastening frames are symmetrically disposed relative to a moving shaft of the piston. One end of the first fastening frame bears the cylinder body, and the other end bears the die fixing table. A press-fitting mechanism is formed between the piston and the die fixing table. The hydraulic oil press fixes the main oil cylinder assembly and the die fixing table by means of the support frame to form a closed structural frame, performs press-fitting operations by using one, two or more combined sets, and has a compact structure and fewer components, thereby reducing material weight and manufacturing costs.
