Abstract:
A hydraulic pilot valve comprises a valve body, first, second and third pressure reducing valves formed in the valve body and each having an inlet port, an outlet port and a spool for providing communication and shut-off between the inlet port and the outlet port, and a control lever which is pivotally mounted to the valve body and can be operated to neutral, first and second positions. When the control lever is in the neutral position, the respective spools of the second and third pressure reducing valves are positioned to have the respective inlet ports and outlet ports thereof communicate to each other, and the respective spools of the first and fourth pressure reducing valves are positioned to have the respective inlet ports and outlet ports shut off from each other. When the control lever is in the first position, the respective spools of the first and third pressure reducing valves are positioned to have the respective inlet ports and outlet ports communicate to each other and the respective spools of the second and fourth pressure reducing valves are positioned to have the respective inlet ports and outlet ports shut off from each other. When the control lever is in the second position, the respective spools of the first and third pressure reducing valves are positioned to have the respective inlet ports and outlet ports shut off from each other and the respective spools of the second and fourth pressure reducing valves are positioned to have the respective inlet ports and outlet ports communicate to each other.
