Abstract:
A hydraulic shock absorber device for a vehicle is provided with: a front wheel (7)(first traveling member) on the left side of the vehicle body; a front wheel (8)(second traveling member) on the right side of the vehicle body; a left arm (11)(first connection member); a right arm (12)(second connection member); and hydraulic shock absorbers (4, 5) provided between the vehicle body (3) and the left and right arms (11, 12). One end section of each of the hydraulic shock absorbers (4, 5) comprises a cylinder body (15) partitioned by a piston (23) into a first oil chamber (21) and a second oil chamber (22). The other end section of each of the hydraulic shock absorbers (4, 5) comprises a piston rod (16) having the piston (23). The hydraulic shock absorber device is also provided with a reserve tank (6) which is connected to one hydraulic shock absorber (4) through a first operating oil passage (61) and which is connected to the other hydraulic shock absorber (5) through a second operating oil passage (62). The first operating oil passage (61) and the second operating oil passage (62) are independently connected to a third oil chamber (57) of the reserve tank (6). The provided hydraulic shock absorber device is configured so that the hydraulic shock absorber device can be easily manufactured and so that, when the paired hydraulic shock absorbers operate in the opposite directions, the hydraulic shock absorber device can reduce a change in the position of the vehicle body without increasing the tilt of the vehicle body.
