Abstract:
A hydraulic shock absorption piston having adjustable damping, and a hydraulic shock absorber, relating to the technical field of hydraulic shock absorption. The piston comprises a piston barrel (5). One end of a piston rod (1) is connected to a fixed piston (4) in the piston barrel (5), and the other end of the piston rod (1) is lead out of an end port of the piston barrel (5). The piston is characterized in that a movable piston (3) is fitted over an outer ring of the piston rod (1), and is attached to or separated from the fixed piston (4) along with the movement of the piston rod (1). Throttling grooves (7) are formed on the inner wall of the piston barrel (5), and the throttling grooves (7) and the movable piston (3) or the combination of the attached movable piston (3) and the fixed piston (4) are separated to form a throttling channel of hydraulic oil. According to the hydraulic shock absorption piston having the adjustable damping and the hydraulic shock absorber, by configuring the movable piston, the length of the throttling channel is increased when the piston is recovered, and the adjustment of the damping force value of the piston is achieved; by configuring the throttling grooves, throttling can be achieved when the piston moves greatly, and the shock absorption effect is reduced.
