Abstract:
A hydraulic steel pipeline mounting system, comprising a frame assembly (1), and a valve body feeding station (5), a valve body waiting station (6), a valve plate assembly station (7), a steel pipe feeding station (8), a cleaning and mounting station (9), a valve plate feeding station (10), a pressure test station (11), and an output station (12) which are sequentially provided on the frame assembly (1). The valve body feeding station (5) is provided with a valve body feeding device, comprising a valve body feeding conveying plate (25) used for carrying a valve body part (2) output from the previous process, a valve body feeding side barrier plate (26) provided on a side of the valve body feeding conveying plate (25) and used for blocking lateral input of the valve body part (2), and a valve body transverse feeding cylinder (27) provided at the end point of the valve body feeding conveying plate (25) to transfer the valve body part (2) into the valve body waiting station (6). The system is reasonable in design, compact in structure, and convenient to use.
