Abstract:
A hydraulic support capable of separately performing pressure relief by means of a front pillar and a rear pillar and a hydraulic support control method, for use in correcting inclination of the hydraulic support caused by the pressure of a top plate (12) in a stoping process on a working face. The hydraulic support comprises a support top beam (3), a support base (6), a support caving shield (4), a support tail beam (5), a front-row support vertical pillar (1) and a rear-row support vertical pillar (1') that are located between the support top beam (3) and the support base (6), a front-row pressure relief valve (2) disposed on the front-row support vertical pillar (1), and a rear-row pressure relief valve (2') disposed on the rear-row support vertical pillar (1'). The front-row pressure relief valve (2) and the rear-row pressure relief valve (2') separately carry out pressure relief. When a pressure from the top plate (12) is not uniform, automatic unloading is carried out by means of the front-row pressure relief valve (2) or the rear-row pressure relief valve (2'), so that the height of the front portion or the rear portion of the support top beam (3) is reduced to prevent inclination. When the pressure of the top plate (12) is not uniform, the pressure relief valve on the pillar bearing a large stress can be opened in time to actively carry out pressure relief, the height of the support top beam (3) is locally decreased, and the balance of the support is ensured, thereby achieving the objective for preventing inclination of the support.
