Abstract:
A hydraulic system of a device for testing comprehensive performance of a high-pressure gear flowmeter (10) and a testing method are provided. The hydraulic system includes a pumping source (101) and a flowmeter dynamic performance testing system assembly (103). Performance testing of a servo directional valve (4) at different input frequencies is performed by adjusting an output frequency of a signal generator (36). Performance testing of the servo directional valve (4) at different pressures is performed by adjusting an opening pressure of a direct-acting relief valve (9). Performance testing of the servo directional valve (4) at different rates of flow is performed by adjusting a displacement of a high-pressure plunger variable displacement pump (2). By adjusting the output frequency of the signal generator (36), dynamic performance testing of the flowmeter (10) at different input frequencies is performed, and a maximum dynamic frequency f2max of the high-pressure gear flowmeter (10) is obtained. Dynamic performance testing of the high-pressure gear flowmeter (10) at different pressures is performed by adjusting the opening pressure of the direct-acting relief valve (9), and dynamic performance testing of the high-pressure gear flowmeter (10) at different rates of flow is performed by adjusting the displacement of the variable displacement pump (2).
