Abstract:
A hydraulic system for forging and pressing an elastic material, comprising an internal gear pump (1), a servo motor (2), a cartridge valve set (3), and an actuating mechanism (9). The servo motor (2) drives the internal gear pump (1) to operate by means of a transmission shaft, and the cartridge valve set (3) is located between a liquid outlet of the internal gear pump (1) and the actuating mechanism (9) of a hydraulic machine. Pressure liquid flowing out of the liquid outlet of the internal gear pump (1) passes through the cartridge valve set (3) in a flowing manner and acts on the actuating mechanism (9) of the hydraulic machine by controlling the cartridge valve set (3).
