Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a hydraulic tamper for large-area foundation soil reinforcement. The hydraulic tamper comprises a housing, wherein the bottom of the housing is connected to a tamping plate; a hydraulic rod connected to the top of the housing; and a tamping hammer slidably connected to a lower end of the hydraulic rod. An inner cavity of the tamping hammer is provided with a sliding channel for causing the hydraulic rod to slide therein. The top and bottom of one side wall of the tamping hammer are respectively provided with air outlets, and the air outlets both communicate with the sliding channel, and also communicate with each other by means of a communication pipe. In a reciprocating motion process of the hydraulic rod, an elastic compression assembly compresses air in an inner cavity of the sliding channel so that air at an upper and a lower end of the inner cavity of the tamping hammer are replaced with each other, thereby consuming an impact force of the tamping hammer on the hydraulic rod by means of doing work. In the process of the hydraulic rod pressing down, the intensity of pressure of the inner cavity of the sliding channel located below the elastic compression assembly increases to weaken the tendency of the hydraulic rod sliding down along the sliding channel, such that the tamping hammer has greater dynamic potential energy. Thus, the device can balance the relationship between impact force buffering and the tamping effect while buffering and protecting an oil cylinder.
