Abstract:
A hydraulic torque converter, comprising a front end shell (1) to which a pin (4) is fixedly mounted for connecting the front end shell (1) to a flexible disc, wherein the hydraulic torque converter also comprises a circular first mass ring (3) which is mounted between the flexible disc and the front end shell (1) by means of the pin (4). By adding the mass ring, the moment of inertia of the hydraulic torque converter is effectively improved without affecting the existing design of the contour.
