Disclosed is an impulse hydraulic turbine, which consists of two parts, namely an ejection device and a rotary device. The ejection device comprises a pressure diversion chamber (1) and a flow outlet (2). An ejection outlet (7), which is composed of a bottom plate (5), a top plate (4) and side plates (6) on both sides thereof respectively, is connected to the flow outlet (2). A rotary valve (10) is hinged to an water outlet end of the top plate (4) or the bottom plate (5) of the ejection outlet (7), and the rotary valve (10) is in transmission connection with a transmission component. The rotary device comprises a plurality of vanes (19), the surface of which between two sides is in the shape of a groove, and which are provided on an outer surface of a wheel disc or wheel hub (29) of a main shaft in a circumferential direction. An outer end flow guide plate (30) and an inner end flow guide plate (31) are respectively provided at the outer end and the inner end of the groove-shaped vanes (19). An inner surface of the groove of the vane corresponds to the ejection outlet (7) of the ejection device. The hydraulic turbine not only can effectively convert a water flow pressure energy into a rotary mechanical energy, but also can adapt to a water energy environment with a low water head and a large flow rate.
