Abstract:
A speed change limiter (52) limits the rate of the change in speed from the present rotational sped of a motor (2) to a target rotational speed. The motor (2) is controlled so as to achieve the target rotational speed while the rate of the change in speed is limited by the speed change limiter (52). As a result, it is possible to suppress hunting, and to quickly and accurately achieve the target rotational speed.
