Abstract:
Invention can be used as a remedy for energy transmission. Technical result of such invention represents, in preferable cases, direct and accurate variational distribution of energy, according to demands of power or speed. Idea of this invention is that it contains no less than two (or more) turbines of different sizes, which are connected to the shaft and located in the shell, which, according to each turbine, has of fluid inlet and outlet tubes, which are connected to the fluid separator which, on its side, has one inlet tube and quantity of holes, same to the quantity of turbines of device and by such outlet holes it is connected to the inlet tubes of the shell also, separator can fluid supply to one or several turbines at the same time, which at the same time, provides taking variational (undefined gradual condition) positions.

Claims

1. A hydraulic variator, which has a shell and shaft, differs with that fact, that it has fluid vessel that is connected on the hydraulic pump by hydraulic inlet tube and the hydraulic pump also is connected to the separator inlet tube by hydraulic outlet tube and the separator inlet tube, which fluid separation purpose has a front and backward movement ability, placed into the separator and on its side is attached to the shell by fluid inlet tubes were are as minimum two or more different size turbine, that attached to the shaft and placed into the shell, that includes fluid outlet tubes for each turbines and these tubes are connected to the vessel inlet tubes which from the other side are connected to the vessel.

Claims

[Claim 1] A hydraulic variator, which has a shell and shaft, differs with that fact, that it has a fluid vessel that is connected on the hydraulic pump by hydraulic inlet tube and the hydraulic pump also is connected to the separator inlet tube by hydraulic outlet tube and the separator inlet tube, which fluid separation purpose has a front and backward movement ability or it has a separate faucets for all inlet tubes that placed into the separator and has the necessary condition, when one faucet or inlet tube openes while the other closes in parallel and separator on its side is attached to the shell by fluid inlet tubes were are as minimum two or more different size turbine, that attached to the shaft and placed into the shell, that includes fluid outlet tubes for each turbines and these tubes are connected to the vessel inlet tubes which from the other side are connected to the vessel.

Description:
Hydraulic Variator

Invention refers to the field of physics, particularly, mechanical engineering field and can be used as a remedy for energy transmission. There is known energy transmission, which could transmit different kinds of energy from one device to another, by using gears of different size. As the prototype, there is chosen manual transmission, which contains leading gear and several gears of energy transmission, which, according to their circle size and quantity of teeth, provide power-speed or high-speed transmission, where mechanical energy, transmitted by leading gear to the big connected gear, will give us less circulating, but power circle motion and mechanical energy, transmitted on small connected gear, will give us faster circulating, but weak circle motion. Negative part of such device represents the fact, that transmission of energy is available only on such quantity of positions, as many transmission gears manual transmission has and transmission of energy could be implemented during so called, selection of most preferable gradual gear (position). Technical result of the invention is that variational transmission of energy from one device to another, without any defined gradual condition, which means existence of undefined number of positions between the first and last positions. Idea of this invention is that it contains no less than two (or more) turbines of different sizes, which are connected to the shaft and located into the shell, which, according to each turbine, has of fluid inlet and outlet tubes, which are connected to the separator of fluid, which, on its side, has one inlet tube and quantity of holes, same to the quantity of turbines of device and by such outlet holes it is connected to the inlet tubes of the shell, also, separator that gets fluid from hydraulic pump can supply fluid to one or several turbines at the same time and provides variational (undefined gradual condition) positions.

SUBSTITUTE SHEETS (RULE 26) Hydraulic variator contains 1-sell, which contains 2-turbines, turbines are attached on 3-shaft shell has 4-fluid inlet and 5-outlet tubes. 6-separator is attached on the inlet tubes separator contains 7-Separator inlet tube. 8-hydraulic pump outlet tube is connected on the Separator inlet tube and from other side has connection on the 10-hydraulic pump. Hydraulic pump is connected on the 11-fluid vessel by 12-hydraulic pump inlet tube. Fluid vessel also includes 9-vessel inlet tubes. Device works in the following way: 10-hydraulic pump by 12-hydraulic pump inlet tube gets fluid from 11-fluid vessel and supplies to 7-Separator inlet tube by 8- hydraulic pump outlet tube. The separator inlet tube is placed in a 6-separator and has a front and backward movement ability, that allows it to supply a fluid to a 4-shell inlet tube, from which the fluid goes to the 1-sell that includes 2-turbines. As a result of pressure, the turbine starts rotation and let 3-shaft in a circular motion, after which the fluid is leaving shell from

5-Outlet tube and goes back to the vessel by 9-vessel inlet tubes.

6-distributor has two position:

1. It has the ability to supply fluid, to one of the preferable turbines.

2. It has the ability to separate fluid supply by pressure, with two or more turbines.

In the first case, there is accurately defined position of pressure delivery, which states power- speed or high-speed condition of turbine and it another case, power-speed or high-speed condition of turbine is depended on the fact, in which proportion separator delivers fluid to any two turbines. The device can work on the basis of the same built-in gas supply.
