Abstract:
Provided is a hydraulic working machine that enables improvement of finishing accuracy in a horizontal leveling work, a slope face shaping work, and the like, by preventing sudden acceleration of an arm when excavation load is decreased rapidly. The present invention is provided with an arm speed regulation valve device 22 that is able to regulate meter-out opening of an arm cylinder independently of a first arm directional control valve 23. When an operation amount specified by the first arm directional control valve is corrected so as to be increased, a control device 100 controls the arm speed regulation valve device such that the meter-out opening of the arm cylinder is reduced in accordance with increase of load pressure in the arm cylinder.
