Abstract:
Disclosed are a hydro-mechanical series-parallel all-in-one transmission apparatus and a control method therefor. An embodiment comprises an input shaft assembly, a hydraulic transmission assembly, a planetary gear transmission assembly, an intermediate gear transmission assembly, and an output shaft assembly; by means of combination switching between a clutch and a brake, hydraulic transmission mode, mechanical transmission mode, and hydro-mechanical composite transmission mode switching is implemented. The present invention has the beneficial effects of: a speed adjustment range of hydraulic transmission is expanded by means of hydro-mechanical series transmission, and also, by combining with hydraulic transmission, requirements for precision and speed adjustment range are satisfied; low power and high power work situations requirements are respectively satisfied by means of a combination of hydro-mechanical series transmission and parallel transmission; and various transmission modes are formed, which are suitable for startup, working, and transitional work situations.
