Abstract:
A hydro-pneumatic pumping installation comprises two-position three-line controlling distributors (16, 17) with differential two-way pneumatic control which are intended for switching two-position power distributors (15) intended, in their turn, for control of displacements of a movable member (4) of one of the boosters (1) in accordance with the displacement of a movable member (4) of another booster (1). One control chamber (16a, 17a) of each of the controlling distributors (16, 17) is periodically connected, through a pneumatic chamber (2) of the corresponding hydro-pneumatic booster (1), to a source (B) of the compressed gas or to the atmosphere. The inlet (16c, 17c) of each of the controlling distributors (16, 17) is connected to the source (B) of the compressed gas, whereas the outlet (16d, 17d) of each of the controlling distributors (16, 17) intended for switching the power distributor (15) of one of the boosters (1) is so connected to the control chamber (15a, 15b) of the power distributor (15) of another booster (1) that it connects the control chamber (15a, 15b) of the power distributor (15) of another booster (1), by turn, to the source (B) of the compressed gas and to the atmosphere. The installation is provided with disconnecting pneumatic valves (18, 19, 20, 21) for each of the controlling distributors (16, 17). The outlet (18c, 19c, 20c, 21c) of each of the pneumatic valves (18, 19, 20, 21) is connected to another control chamber (16b, 17b) of the controlling distributor (16, 17) for switching its inlet (16c, 17c) and outlet (16d, 17d), depending on the presence of pressure in the pneumatic chambers (2) of the corresponding booster (1).
