Abstract:
In the current state of the art, synthetic rubber used for the manufacture of tires (road, agricultural, racing, road transport and industry), gaskets and o-ring containment, non-slip flooring, containment seals and o-ring, non-slip floors, handles, break pad of bicycles and everythink it's made in synthetic rubber from simple hydrocarbons then polymerized immediately after they're made they begin their journey to the crystallization because they are products made from petrol-derived substance. Sunlight and the air vehicle and act as a catalyst in speeding the aging processes that evaporate slowly inexorably. Consequence of this is the accumulation of large amounts of waste partially exploited (tires), produce pollution during manufacture, produce pollution when out of use due to their transport, storage, disposal and recycling processing to other areas. They are the huge health problems due to the proliferation of bacteria due to their storage as organic compounds. This process now unstoppable and irreversible, is called crystallization, and not allow full use of the wear surface (tread) tires and many other details made of synthetic rubber because their esuri (consumption) is preceded by the loss of physical property characteristics for which they are produced, requiring their replacement even if only partially worn. Are currently marketed products that should restore the properties lost from synthetic rubber forming the tread of the tire softening for a limited period of time, but show no effect (tests with these products did not give appreciable improvement), and poor practical given the time for application (24/36 hours) in order to produce a reaction, and when there is remain it just for any kilometer. Test having on normal tires and racing for car and bike giving certain indication about the improvement having applying the solution.

Claims:
CLAIMS

1) Hydrocarbon-based mixture to improve the properties of synthetic rubber characterized by being composed of: liquid nitro; liquid bitumen, methyl salicylate, liquid flax oil.

2) Hydrocarbon-based mixture to improve the properties of synthetic rubber as abstract 1 characterized by being composed from a solution in liquid form of components descript in abstract 1 in the following percentages per liter: liquid nitro 10 - 90%, liquid methyl salicylate 10 - 90%, liquid bitumen 10 - 80%, in varying proportions as a result of the specific characteristics of rubber hardness measured in short.

3) Hydrocarbon-based mixture to improve the properties of synthetic rubber as abstract 1) and 2) characterized by the use of percentage per liter greater than methyl salicylate and nitro in liquid form, for synthetic rubber having a hardness greater than 60 short.

4) Hydrocarbon-based mixture to improve the properties of synthetic rubber as abstract 1) and 2) and 3) characterized by the use of percentage per liter greater than liquid bitumen, for synthetic rubber having a hardness lower than 60 short.

5) Hydrocarbon-based mixture to improve the properties of synthetic rubber as abstract 1), 2), 3), and 4) characterized by the addition of linseed oil as a percentage varying from 2 % to 30 % prior to the mixture, to stabilized the mixture and prolong its effect.

Hydrocarbon-based mixture to improve the properties of synthetic rubber

DESCRIPTION

The found it's a mixture composed of liquid solvents and solutes, which is

accomplished by mixing the components in appropriate proportions in the liquid state: nitro, liquid bitumen, methyl salicylate in liquid form and linseed oil, in varying proportions as a result the specific qualities of synthetic rubber hardness measured in short.

To harder synthetic rubber higher will be the percentage quantity of hydrocarbon and methyl salicylate in liquid form, which forms the mixture described above, necessary to obtain benefits in performance. To softer synthetic rubber, the higher the percentage quantity of liquid bitumen to add to above mixture. The linseed oil is added to stabilize the solution and the performance over time.

The solution applied to the synthetic rubber is effective immediately and renewed periodically allows the application to extend the duration of the construction of the synthetic rubber and improve performance without producing more resistance to rolling resistance. Specifically in the tires, the invention allows to exploit the amount of material that constitutes them in the tread surface. Normally disposed of using the 60% of the amount of the same. This mixture can reduce the amount of waste to be disposed of, to improve road safety derived from the active time can maintain the optimal characteristics of tire grip, so as to carry the complete replacement of the tread wear, save money in percentage variables from 40% to 75% respect to the type of tire replacement.

The solution is evenly applied with a brush on the outer surface of the tread of the tire and the surface of objects made of synthetic rubber.

The application of the invention made from the inside of the tire on the rim produce immediate effect and lasting improvement in performance by acting on the principle of the two laws of Guy-Lussac: in conditions of constant pressure (the pressure inside the tire and the pressure exerted by the centrifugal force produced by rolling), the gas volume increases linearly with increasing temperature (from the liquid state at the time of introducing the mixture into the tire, the centrifugal force in an enclosed space produces vibrations that produce heat. These factors are added to the effect of one of the components of the mixture and acts as a catalyst, and effect of the transformation from liquid to gaseous state, the components of the mixture are absorbed by synthetic rubber producing a new polymerisation chain by introducing air with the solution formed by a chemical species active (plant extract), called the initiator, and a carboncatione (hydrocarbon).

Industrial production and use of the invention would produce many benefits for many factors:

- the most active road safety resulting in greater control derived from the increased grip for cars and motorcycles, a feature held constant over time allowing for the use of tires to use al the surface tread safely.

- most active wet skid road safety by increasing the use of tires with reduce tread to reduce aquaplaning generated by the tires to a greater tread while maintaining the same performance on dry asphalt.

- less consumption and slippage of the tires derived from most grip (lower grip produces greater usury of the tires in acceleration or breaking during the sliding, because sliding increase friction) and consumption.

- reduction in production of pollution to be disposed of as special synthetic rubber and tires in particular, creates health problems producing bacteria during storage.

- reducing production of pollution reduce energy necessary to : transport, storage and recycling.

- to have the same grip in tires reducing tread 30% and reducing fuel consume from lower rolling friction and air resitance.

- saving money reducing production of tires and manufactory build in synthetic rubber and energy necessary for production, extraction, storage, waste disposal and transport.

- economic vantage having from treatment with the solution maintaining the optimal characteristics to use all material at disposal about premature replace for lost performance characteristics.

Any description about the result: the solution applied to the tires of a car having anti- spin control worker, stopped the intervention of this drive support in consequence of more grip having.

This is an absolutely result having from an electronic disposal work who can't change his trial parameters, before and after applied solution, with the same tires after just any minutes.

The mixture in question applied to the tires of a bike 1.000 cc. in a track test give an improvement about the best lap time having, but very important too allowed to have the very best performance and ideal temperature to work in low lap about the same type about a tires who wasn't applied the mixture.
