Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a hydrocarbon compound using the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction and a hydrocarbon compound prepared by the preparation method, the method for preparing a hydrocarbon compound using the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction according to the present invention comprising: a reduction step for performing reduction by introducing a first gas containing CO2 and H2 into a first reactor having an iron-based catalyst charged therein; and a preparation step for preparing the hydrocarbon compound by reacting a second gas containing H2 and CO in a second reactor having, charged therein, the iron-based catalyst reduced in the reduction step. Accordingly, the present invention can increase the productivity of hydrocarbons having at least five carbon atoms by improving the reducibility of the iron-based catalyst and can decrease the selectivity of CO2 and the selectivity of CH4 and C2-C4 hydrocarbons.
