Abstract:
This hydrocarbon production method for producing hydrocarbons from a hydrocarbon mixture comprises: a first extractive distillation step for extracting and distilling a substance to be extractively distilled to obtain a fraction (A) that is enriched in isoprene and piperylene and a fraction (B) that is enriched in straight chain hydrocarbons and branched chain hydrocarbons; a first distillation step for obtaining a fraction (C) that is enriched in isoprene and a fraction (D) that is enriched in piperylene from the fraction (A); a dehydrogenation step for dehydrogenating or oxidatively dehydrogenating the straight chain hydrocarbons and/or the branched chain hydrocarbons contained in the fraction (B) to obtain a dehydrogenated product; and a recovery step for supplying the dehydrogenated product to an extractive distillation column or distillation column to obtain isoprene and/or piperylene from the dehydrogenated product.
