Abstract:
A hydrocracking catalyst for paraffinic hydrocarbon that realizes high cracking activity, high middle distillate yield and production of fuel substrate of low fluid point (middle distillate). There is provided a catalyst comprising any of noble metals of Group VIII of the periodic table and USY zeolite obtained from, as a raw material, NaY of 30 or below intensity of peak appearing on face 111 in X-ray diffractometry.
