Abstract:
The present invention is characterized in that a pump is installed in a downstream water tank, a rotating water supply pipe and a rotating discharge pipe are doubled and installed horizontally on one side of the pump, a rotating water tank is mounted on one side of the end of the doubled pipes, and a rotating water tank is mounted on the other side of the end of the doubled pipes, each of the tanks has a wing built therein, an air passage is formed on each upper side of the rotating water tanks, a ball-top valve is installed in the downstream water tank, and an electronic circuit device is opened on an outer side of the downstream water tank, such that a hydroelectric generator body is made to be ultra-light, and thus energy efficiency can be improved.
