Abstract:
A hydroentangled wound recycled cow leather preparation process, comprising a material preparation process and a cowhide fiber web forming process, as well as a mixed fiber web forming process, an overlapping web forming process, a base cloth manufacturing process and a cow leather product manufacturing process, arranged in sequence according to a preparation process workflow; the base fabric manufacturing process comprising a buffing step, a single-surface impregnation treatment step and an ironing step arranged in sequence, used to manufacture a base fabric from the overlapping web; the single-surface impregnation treatment step comprising using an inverted feeding apparatus, and using a water-based PU material or an oil-based PU material as a coating material, performing water-based PU material or oil-based PU material single-surface coating treatment of the single surface of the base fabric, forming a permeated impregnation layer at the single side of the base fabric.
