A thermo-sensitive hydrogel for treating a complicated lesion of diabetes, comprising KGF-2, FGF-21, poloxamer 407, heparin sodium, glycerin, and water. The hydrogel is particularly suitable for use in the early stage of treatment of the lesion. In addition, further provided is an adjuvant composition for preparing the hydrogel, and the like.
