The present invention relates to a hydrogel soap composition, a hydrogel soap, and a preparation method therefor, and specifically, to: a hydrogel soap having a far better detergency or moisturizing effect compared to general soaps, having a slight acidity or neutral acidity of pH 5.0 to 7.0, thereby alleviating skin irritation, and having superior formability; a composition therefor; and a preparation method therefor.
