Abstract:
A hydrogen-containing water-generating apparatus provided with: a cylindrical anode body that is for electrolyzing raw water; a cylindrical cathode body that is disposed so as to surround the outer circumferential surface of the anode body and is for electrolyzing the raw water; an anion exchange membrane that is disposed so as to separate the outer circumferential surface of the anode body from the inner circumferential surface of the cathode body, passes hydroxide ions from the cathode body side to the anode body side, and prohibits the transfer of hydrogen from the cathode body side to the anode body side and transfer of oxygen from the anode body side to the cathode body side; and an electrolysis tank in which the anode body, the cathode body and the anion exchange membrane are housed and which has an inflow port into which the raw water flows, a discharge port for discharging oxygen that is generated near the anode body, and an outflow port from which hydrogen-containing water that contains hydrogen generated near the cathode body flows out.
