Abstract:
Disclosed is a hydrogen detection sensor. The hydrogen detection sensor comprises: a first electrode and a second electrode which are formed on a substrate so as to be separated from each other; a sensing layer which is in contact with the first electrode and the second electrode, and is formed of a complex including tungsten oxide particles and palladium nanoparticles attached to the surfaces of the tungsten oxide particles; and an analysis circuit which measures a change in electrical conductivity of the sensing layer. The hydrogen detection sensor can detect hydrogen using an electrical method, a color change method, and an optical method.
