A hydrogen-refueling and charging integrated pile, comprising a liquid hydrogen storage tank (1), a hydrogen delivery device (2), a hydrogen dispenser (3), a liquid hydrogen vaporization module (4), a fuel cell stack (5), and a charging control module (6), wherein a liquid hydrogen output port of the liquid hydrogen storage tank (1) is connected to the input end of the hydrogen dispenser (3) by means of the hydrogen delivery device (2); the liquid hydrogen output port of the liquid hydrogen storage tank (1) is connected to an input port of the liquid hydrogen vaporization module (4); gaseous hydrogen output by the liquid hydrogen vaporization module (4) is delivered to the fuel cell stack (5); electric energy generated by the fuel cell stack (5) is delivered to the charging control module (6). The hydrogen-refueling and charging integrated pile stores liquid hydrogen in the form of a liquid hydrogen storage tank, so that hydrogen-refueling and charging integrated piles can be conveniently arranged in a distributed manner, and can be flexibly arranged in residences of users, thereby facilitating hydrogen refueling of hydrogen-consuming devices and/or charging of electric vehicles by the users, and improving the convenience of use.
