Abstract:
The present invention relates to a gas introduction/discharge control device for discharging gas generated in a water tank of a cold/warm water machine, which is filled with hydrogen water, or introducing outer air, the gas introduction/discharge control device comprising: a water tank cover that covers the upper portion of the water tank and protects water tank water, which is contained in the water tank, from external contamination; an air introducing member installed on a part of the water tank cover so as to introduce outer air into the water tank in order to maintain the internal pressure of the water tank at a preset level; and a hydrogen gas discharge member fabricated so as to correspond to the air introducing member and installed on a part of the water tank cover such that, when hydrogen gas is generated in the water tank at a preset concentration or higher, the hydrogen gas is discharged out of the water tank, wherein opening/closing of the air introducing member and opening/closing of the hydrogen gas discharge member are controlled by the pressure of hydrogen gas in the water tank in order to introduce outer air into the water tank or to discharge the hydrogen gas out of the water tank. Accordingly, an air filter is installed on the air introducing member so as to prevent contamination of the water tank water, which is contained in the water tank of the cold/warm water machine, by external air. The hydrogen gas discharge member has a second control rod which is lifted by pneumatic pressure caused by excessive hydrogen gas generated in the water tank filled with hydrogen water, and which exposes a gas discharge opening such that excessive hydrogen gas that exceeds a preset concentration can be discharged to the outside.
