Abstract:
A hydrogen water refrigerator 1 is provided with a refrigeration chamber 10 in which food is stored at a low temperature, an evaporator 15 or the like that is a water cooling means that cools water, and a hydrogen dissolution device 20 that causes hydrogen to be dissolved in water that has been cooled by the water cooling means. The hydrogen dissolution device 20 has an electrolysis vessel 40 that generates hydrogen gas by performing electrolysis of the cooled water. The hydrogen gas generated in the electrolysis vessel 40 dissolves in the water, resulting in hydrogen water being generated. Due to this configuration, cooled hydrogen water can be generated and provided at any time according to the requirements of a user, thereby improving the usability of the refrigerator.
