Abstract:
A hydrogenated catalyst composition and its preparing method and use are disclosed. The
composition comprises hydrogenated catalyst, organic nitrogen-containing compound,
sulphurizing agent and organic solvent, wherein the amount of the organic nitrogen-containing
compound is 0.01%~20%, based on the weight of the hydrogenated catalyst. The
composition is prepared by introducing the required substance onto the hydrogenated
catalyst in oxidation state By introducing the organic nitrogen-containing
compound to react with the sulfur and the organic solvent, the rate of remaining
sulfur during the activating of the catalyst composition can be further improved,
the concentrated heat liberation can be alleviated, the temperature rise of
catalyst bed can be reduced and the catalytic activity can be improved. This method
can be used in pretreatment in many kinds of applications of the hydrogenated
catalyst.
