Abstract:
A hydrogenation catalyst, containing: a nano nickel carrier; and a noble metal nanoparticle, selected from palladium, platinum, ruthenium, rhodium or a mixture thereof and connected to the surface of the nano nickel carrier. The method for manufacturing the hydrogenation catalyst comprises the steps of: (1) formulating a nickel ion solution; (2) adding a first reducing agent to the aqueous nickel ion solution to form a reaction solution; (3) applying a magnetic field to the reaction solution to perform a reaction for a first pre-set time, obtaining a nano carrier; (4) formulating an aqueous noble metal ion solution; and (5) placing the nano nickel carrier into the aqueous noble metal ion solution, making at least a part of the surface of the nano nickel carrier connect to a noble metal nanoparticle.
