Title:
HYDROGENATION AND CATALYTIC CRACKING COMBINED PROCESS FOR RESIDUAL OIL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2008/080303
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A hydrogenation and catalytic cracking combined process for residual oil includes introducing residual oil, acid solid impurities removed catalytic cracking heavy cycling oil, optional fractional oil and optional distilled products of acid solid impurities removed catalytic cracking oil slurry into a hydrogenation equipment for residual oil, loading the resulted hydrogenated residual oil and optional vacuum gas oil into a catalytic cracking equipment to obtain different products, recycling the acid solid impurities removed catalytic cracking heavy cycling oil into the hydrogenation equipment, distilling and separating the catalytic cracking oil slurry, and recycling the distilled products thereof after removing acid solid impurities into the hydrogenation equipment. This process combines hydrogenation and catalytic cracking more efficiently, improves the quality of the hydrogenated products of residual oil, prolongs the operating cycle of the equipment for hydrogenating residual oil, increases the yield of hydrogenated diesel oil and catalytic cracking light oil and reduces the coke amount during catalytic cracking.
