Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an aluminum fin material for heat exchangers, said aluminum fin material having a coating film that has excellent water resistance, hydrophilicity retention and contamination resistance. The present invention relates to a hydrophilic coating material composition which contains 48-86 parts by mass of specific fine hydrophilic polymer particles (b1), 6-44 parts by mass of a polyvinyl alcohol (b2) and 8-36 parts by mass of a crosslinking agent (b3) per 100 parts by mass of the total solid content of the fine hydrophilic polymer particles (b1), the polyvinyl alcohol (b2) and the crosslinking agent (b3).
