Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of imparting, to a nonwoven fabric, good rewetting resistance while retaining the good initial hydrophilic performance and hydrophilic durability of the fabric. This hydrophilization agent contains at least one selected from a specific anionic component and a specific polyether-modified silicone and is to be used for a nonwoven fabric that is made from synthetic fibers formed from a thermoplastic resin containing a specific hydrophobic component.
