Abstract:
A treatment device 1 has: a treatment tank 2; an electrolytic cell 6 comprising a diamond electrode continuing on from a pipe 4 comprising a circulation pump 5; and a pipe 7 supplying from this electrolytic cell 6 to the treatment tank 2. The treatment tank 2 and the electrolytic cell 6 are filled with sulfuric acid having a prescribed concentration, current is supplied to the electrolytic cell 6, a persulfuric acid solution S is generated by electrolysis of the sulfuric acid, and this persulfuric acid solution S is supplied to the treatment tank 2 via the pipe 7. A PPS resin plate 8 is suspended vertically in a state of being fixed to a jig 8A, inside the treatment tank 2, and the PPS resin plate 8 is treated using the persulfuric acid solution S. Plating having sufficient adhesion to PPS resin surface can be formed, as a result of this PPS resin hydrophilization method.
