Abstract:
Provided is a hydrophilizing coating composition that provides resistance to dirt adhesion and has excellent durability of the dirt adhesion-resistance performance. The hydrophilizing coating composition for inorganic base materials that have been surface-treated using a silane coupling agent (S) includes a hydrophilic compound (A) and a hydrophilic compound (B). The hydrophilic compound (A) has at least either a sulfonic acid group or an alkali metal salt of a sulfonic acid group. The hydrophilic compound (B) has a quarternary ammonium cationic group.
