Abstract:
Provided are a hydrophobic and lipophilic hollow fiber composite film and preparation method thereof. The film consists of a hollow braided tube and a surface separation layer coated on a surface thereof, wherein a film-forming polymer in the surface separation layer is polyvinylidene fluoride, and other components are all hydrophobic components and comprise graphene therein. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) braiding, by using a 2D braiding technique, polyester fibers into a hollow braided tube to serve as a reinforcement member; 2) preparing a surface separation layer molding solution by dissolving polyvinylidene fluoride, a hydrophobic pore-forming agent and graphene in a solvent, with the solvent as the balance; 3) pre-treating the reinforcement member; and 4) coating, by using a co-extrusion conjugate spinning technique, a surface of the reinforcement member with the surface separation layer molding solution, curing and post-treating the same, then replacing the reinforcement member by the same, and repeatedly performing, by using the co-extrusion conjugate spinning technique, coating for 1-5 times to obtain a product. The preparation method is simple, easy to operate, and suitable for commercial-scale production. The obtained product has sustainable and stable hydrophobicity, and can be applied to continuous oil-water separation.
